Intimate maternity photo taken in a Toronto home

Hi I’m Ally, your Toronto Maternity Photographer.

I specialize in in-home maternity photography -

it’s all about connections in this incredible beginning of a journey called parenthood.

I'm all about capturing real moments, so most of my maternity sessions happen right in the cozy comfort of your own home, where you can be your true, relaxed self.

But if you're the adventurous type, we can also head outdoors. There's something quite magical about a maternity session in the great outdoors.

If you're on the lookout for a maternity photographer who can catch those authentic, real-life moments and make you and your partner feel totally at ease, you've landed in the right spot. I'd be thrilled to help you tell your unique motherhood story, just as it unfolds.

As a mother of two myself, I deeply understand the incredible bond between parents and their soon-to-arrive little ones, as well as the profound connection between partners. The journey of pregnancy is brimming with pure magic. Maternity photos? They're akin to time capsules, meticulously preserving a cherished phase in your motherhood journey before your baby makes their grand entrance.

My approach to maternity photography is super relaxed. It's all about you spending quality time with your loved ones, and I'll be there to capture your love. Most of the time, I'm unobtrusive, but when needed, I'll offer easy-to-follow guidance. With simple movements and real interactions, we let those intimate moments happen naturally.

We can chat before your maternity session to discuss styling, expectations, and how things will go. This call isn't mandatory, but it's a great chance for us to connect before the session and ease any nerves you might have about your pregnancy photos.

The sweet spot for maternity photos is usually between 26 and 34 weeks.

For outdoor maternity sessions, we like to plan around sunrise and sunset to capture that soft, natural light that'll make your photos shine. In-home maternity sessions typically happen in the mid-morning, but we're flexible with daylight hours.
